MODIFY-UO.
ModifyUO is a .NET program much like InsideUO by Alazane. It's much better but requires an 18 meg .NET download directly from Microsoft.

A lot of talk has been going around about the new Modify UO program. The author, Krrios, has released version
1.0. I have not had a chance to speak with Krrios concerning his program, but from what I've found, it allows you
to modify any aspect of the .MUL files found within Ultima Online. This includes maps, artwork, music, even adding
and subtracting.
Modify UO has been around for many months now but has been delayed in release because it uses Microsoft's
.NET code. In fact, if you want to run Modify UO, you have to download the 19.7 megabyte .NET framework from
Microsoft's web site.
Darkangelab over on SourceForge
states that "As far as source code releases... He does intend to release it... It will be coming later."
I have not had a chance to download and use Modify UO at the moment. Darkangela also states that most of Modify UO's
edit functions are accessible via. the right mouse buttons.
Any and all questions or concerns should be forwarded to the following message boards: http://uox3.sourceforge.net/board/
