Looks like the new Dark Age Of Camelot EMU CoAD has teamed up with Camelot's Land. The following info was set
to me by the newly formed CoAD and Camelot's Land team:
"Ever heard that saying that 2 heads are better than one??
Well, it will soon be proven true.
The developers at CoAD and Camelot's Land will be joining
forces to create a closed source EMU for the Mythic game
DAoC. Much progress has already been made, and much more
is on the way. Encryption info has been completely coded,
client files have been uncompressed and analyzed, packet
sniffers have been created, some packets have already been
defined, and much much more.
At this point in time, there is no release date set for a
useable server. Once we are comfortable with the server in
its Alpha stages, a server will be released to the public
for full testing.
Documentation is already being compiled so that the public
is aware of our progress and aware of things that are
stumping us.
Due to the merge of the two groups, a new name will be
decided on in the next few days. Once a new name is set,
we will also be posting developer contact information, a
website URL, IRC servers, and forums for the project.
For the time being, any and all comments, questions and
concerns can be posted here:

Thanks - The CoAD and Camelot's Land team"

Camelot's Land is holding it's first HoC on Saturday, May 4th, at GMT + 1 (whatever the hell that means). Even if you are
not part of the Dark Age Of Camelot community, I would suggest that developers from all EMU's attend and see
what is going on. Camelot's Land is the first DAoC emulator and is in the initial stages. Take a look.
"Hi and Welcome! Camelot's Land is having a meeting for all team members,
players, and anybody who wants to see a free DAoC. The meeting will be held at
irc.ca.sysone.net:6667 #camelotsland Saturday night gmt +1 This will not be a easy task but the
more help we recieve the easier and quicker it becomes. If you have information leading to
the packets or any other part of the DAoC process please contact Fyck or myself."
Camelot's Land has also completely updated their website using PhPNuke. Looks great!

The Admin over at Camelot's Land, DubZio, responded to my email concerning his new and upcomming Dark Age Of Camelot
Emulator:
"Thank you for taking a interest in DAoC the First Emulator Project for Dark
Age of Camelot.. At the moment I am in the process of creating the initial
team to work on the project. Of Course the project has been listed as a ‘open
style’ project. The project will be commencing soon.."
So look forward to this new EMU to hit the scene.

Retalin over at UOXDEV brought to my attention a DaOC Server Emulator called "Camelot's Land".

With a little investigation I found that there is indeed an emulator in
the works, but nothing yet has been released. In fact, their web site has not been updated since February. I shot an email off to the developers of Camelot's Land but
have yet to hear from them. Meanwhile, you can take a look around their website.
